BIM Co-Ordinator – Data Centre Projects (Sweden – GVX)€60,000 - €80,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance We are working with a leading data centre delivery contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced BIM Co-Ordinator to join their site team in Sandviken, Sweden. This is a key technical coordination role responsible for supporting the delivery of complex MEP and CSA systems on a large-scale data centre project. You will work closely with site engineers, package managers, and subcontractors to ensure all 3D models, drawings, and coordination outputs are delivered accurately and on time. This role suits a strong BIM professional with good Revit experience who can support site delivery teams and help drive coordinated installation in a fast-paced construction environment.Key Responsibilities• Manage BIM coordination across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines• Resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks and Revit• Produce and manage coordinated 2D/3D drawings in line with BIM Execution Plan• Support MEP installation sequencing with site engineers and package managers• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure accurate and buildable models• Assist in maintaining as-built models and record drawings• Support technical submittals, RFIs, and design coordination updates• Ensure BIM deliverables align with programme and site progress• Assist in weekly coordination meetings and reporting• Support junior BIM staff and site coordination teamsAbout You• Experience as BIM Coordinator / BIM Technician / BIM Engineer• Strong Revit MEP experience essential• Experience on large-scale construction projects (data centres preferred)• Good understanding of MEP systems and site coordination• Ability to read technical drawings, models, and construction layouts• Strong communication and coordination skills• Organised, detail-focused, and able to work in fast-paced site environment
